Tewodros Alemu, MD

Dr. Tewodros Alemu is a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing in Georgia.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia, and completed his residency at the Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans.

Dr. Alemu is affiliated with multiple medical facilities, including Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA, and Tift Regional Medical Center.

In addition to his hospital affiliations, Dr. Alemu serves patients at Mend Primary Care in Tucker, GA, where he offers a range of medical services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute illness care. Patients have praised his attentive and knowledgeable approach to modern medicine.

Dr. Alemu is also involved in medical education, contributing as an instructor in inpatient medicine at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center’s Graduate Medical Education program.
